Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, including STL and 3MF files, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been delivered. If you experience an issue downloading or accessing your files, please contact us and I'll be happy to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
I'll review the issue as quickly as possible and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital downloads (including STL and 3MF files)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Custom order deposits (if applicable)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Custom Orders
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. This deposit covers materials, design time, and preparation costs.
Once a custom order has entered production, the deposit cannot be refunded. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due according to the terms provided with your custom quote.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest option is to return your eligible item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
