Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Every order is carefully prepared before it ships.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Typically require 5–7 business days for processing. Estimated processing times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.
  • Custom Orders: Processing begins after your custom quote has been approved and any required non-refundable deposit has been received. You'll receive an estimated completion date with your quote.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.


Digital Products

Digital products, including STL and 3MF files, are delivered electronically.

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive immediate access to download your files through Shopify. No physical item will be shipped.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to ship orders on time, Creative Bug Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, contact us immediately.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect shipping address.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.

If local pickup is available for your order, you'll be able to select this option during checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
